  • 12 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 1 lb. turkey breast (thinly sliced)
  • 12 slices white sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon (chopped)
  • 12 tomato slices
  • 3 TBSP unsalted butter
  • 3 TBSP flour
  • 1 ½ C whole milk
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Dash nutmeg
  • 1/2 C cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 C unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
  • 1 TBSP poppy seeds
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook chopped bacon in a skillet until crispy; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and whisk in flour; gradually add milk until thickened. Season and stir in shredded cheese.
  4. Assemble sliders in a baking dish with rolls, turkey, bacon, tomatoes, and cheese; pour sauce over top.
  5. Mix topping ingredients and brush over sliders.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
