  • 4 strips chicken bacon
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken bacon until nearly crispy.
  2. Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Monterey Jack, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
