  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup red pepper spread
  • ½ cup chopped pepperoncini or banana peppers
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 16 slices provolone cheese
  • 16 slices turkey
  • 8 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, red pepper spread, chopped peppers, seasoning, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well blended.
  2. Spread about ½ cup of the mixture over each tortilla. Layer two slices of provolone cheese and two slices of turkey at one end.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
  4. Slice each roll into 1-inch pieces and arrange on a platter for serving.
