  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 5 envelopes instant hot cocoa mix
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 packages chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 2 ¾ cups milk
  • Mini vegan marshmallows

Instructions

  1. For the crust, crush Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter. Press into a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish and chill.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and hot cocoa mix until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and spread over the crust.
  3. Whisk together pudding mix and milk until thickened. Stir in mini marshmallows and layer on top of the mousse.
  4. Whip remaining cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form; spread over the pudding layer.
  5. Chill for several hours or overnight before serving.
