  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Vegetable or Canola Oil for frying
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F.
  2. Mix Old Bay seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and baking powder in a bowl. Coat the cleaned and dried wings in the mixture combined with oil.
  3. Dredge wings in seasoned flour until coated evenly.
  4. Fry wings in batches for about 6–8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. In a saucepan, heat honey, Old Bay seasoning, hot sauce, and lemon juice until bubbling; reduce heat.
  6. Toss cooked wings in the honey sauce and serve immediately.
