  • 1 pound chicken or turkey sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage slices and cook until browned; remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli florets and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  4. Return sausage to the skillet; add shrimp, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Cook until shrimp are pink (3-4 minutes).
  5. For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with water and stir into the skillet until thickened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper as desired, then serve hot.
