  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 10 oz can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), drained
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley or green onions (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey until browned; drain excess grease.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in cooked turkey, drained Rotel, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Bake for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions before serving warm with tortilla chips or other dippers.
