- 1 lb ground turkey
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 10 oz can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), drained
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley or green onions (chopped, for garnish)
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey until browned; drain excess grease.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in cooked turkey, drained Rotel, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Bake for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions before serving warm with tortilla chips or other dippers.
