  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a muffin tray with paper cups.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth using a fork.
  3. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in peanut butter, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and baking soda until blended.
  4. Gently fold in the mini dark chocolate chips.
  5. Divide the batter among the muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
