- 2 eggs
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a muffin tray with paper cups.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth using a fork.
