  • 2 ½ tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or Tamari
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 4 slices Colby Jack cheese
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup mild salsa

Instructions
