  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. Rub the chicken with chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Sear the chicken in hot vegetable oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Rest before slicing.
  3. For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic, add heavy cream until thickened.
  4. Cook ramen noodles as per package instructions; drain.
  5. In another pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic; add broth and soy sauce, simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Assemble by placing noodles in bowls, pouring broth over them, topping with chicken slices and creamy sauce.
