- Sear the chicken in hot vegetable oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Rest before slicing.
- For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic, add heavy cream until thickened.
- Cook ramen noodles as per package instructions; drain.
- In another pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic; add broth and soy sauce, simmer for 5-7 minutes.
