  • 10 center-cut boneless beef chops
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of onion soup
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 5 fluid ounces water
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Layer half of the onion rings at the bottom of the slow cooker. Place five beef chops on top, repeating this layer with remaining onions and beef.
  3. Combine both cans of cream soups with water and pour over the layered meat and onions. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix, dry onion soup mix, salt, and pepper on top.
  4. Cover and cook on Low for 4 ½ to 5 hours or on High for 2 ½ to 3 hours until the beef reaches an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C).
