  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup Dill Pickle (chopped fine)
  • ½ tbsp Pickle Juice
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Dill Weed (dried)
  • 2 Green Onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, and dill weed. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, use a cookie scoop or spoon to portion out the mixture into small balls (about 12 servings).
  5. Roll each ball in chopped crispy meat of your choice until fully coated.
  6. Chill again until ready to serve.
