  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Optionally brown the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil for about 3 minutes on each side for added flavor.
  2. Place the beef into a slow cooker and sprinkle with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and mix in the tomato paste.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
  5. Cook pasta according to package instructions about 20 minutes before the beef is done.
  6. Shred the beef (or leave in chunks) and stir in the cooked pasta until combined.
