  • 2 Cups Provolone Cheese (shredded)
  • 8 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • Vegetable Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the sliced onion, green bell pepper, and jalapeno in a medium skillet with heated oil until tender.
  2. Add the thinly sliced ribeye and cook until desired doneness.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot or cast iron skillet to 350°F for frying.
  4. Place two tablespoons of the steak mixture and shredded provolone cheese on an egg roll wrapper.
