Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot; season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine barbecue sauce, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until well mixed.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated.
  4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks and mix back into the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
