  • 2x 250g/9oz Chicken Breasts
  • 200g / 7oz Feta Cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/3 cup / 110g Honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp Hot Sauce (Frank's or Cholula)
  • 3/4 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 35g / 1/4 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • 65g / 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable Oil (as needed 6-8 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing the hot honey sauce by mixing honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes in a bowl; warm and set aside.
  2. Slice each chicken breast into four pieces and season with a blend of spices.
  3. Dredge the chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry the chicken in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
  5. Top with crumbled feta cheese and broil until slightly melted.
  6. Drizzle hot honey sauce over the chicken just before serving.
