  • 8 slices cooked chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices cheese (Gruyère, Swiss, or Cheddar)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • All-purpose flour for dusting

Instructions
