  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 12 oz cooked and chopped chicken or turkey

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. While the pasta cooks, ensure the peas are thawed and chop any cooked chicken or turkey into bite-sized pieces.
