  • 10 oz farfalle (bow-tie pasta)
  • 1.5 lb skinless, boneless chicken thighs or breasts
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups cooked corn kernels
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season sliced chicken with smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. In a skillet heated with olive oil, cook the chicken until fully cooked through (about 4-5 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add corn kernels along with olive oil and spices; stir for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream and half of the corn to the skillet; simmer gently before stirring in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Combine the drained pasta and cooked chicken into the sauce mixture. Mix well and serve garnished with fresh herbs.
