  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Beat in egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and ground cinnamon for the filling.
  7. Roll out half of the dough on parchment paper, sprinkle with filling, and roll it up tightly.
  8. Slice rolled dough into rounds and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
