  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
  • 2 egg yolks, at room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup red and green M&M's
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup pretzel pieces
  • 1/3 cup potato chip pieces
  • 2 tbsp red and green jimmies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add egg yolks and vanilla; mix until pale and fluffy.
  4. Gently incorporate flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in M&M's, white chocolate chips, pretzels, potato chips, and jimmies using a spatula.
  6. Using a cookie scoop, portion out dough balls onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart.
  7. Optionally add extra toppings on each dough ball for decoration.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes; remove when edges are golden but centers are soft.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets for five minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
