  • 2 large tortillas (regular or low-carb/high-protein)
  • 7 oz cooked chicken (chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon light Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 oz grated cheese
  • 1 green onion (chopped)
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken, minced garlic, mayonnaise, yogurt, hot sauce, and salt until well mixed.
  2. Lay one tortilla flat and sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of cheese on the lower third.
  3. Add approximately ⅔ cup of the chicken mixture on top of the cheese, then sprinkle another tablespoon of cheese and add green onions.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom to secure all fillings.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat with olive oil spray. Place wraps seam-side down in the pan and cook for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Cover with a lid to ensure even heating inside.
  6. Slice each wrap in half and serve warm.
