  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 sleeve (about 40) Ritz crackers, crushed
