  • 1 pound thinly sliced chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 34 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 2 cups shredded colby jack cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken with buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to marinate.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for about 4 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Remove chicken from the skillet and allow the hot sauce to reduce slightly before tossing the chicken back in.
  4. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese with mayonnaise until smooth.
  5. Warm tortillas in the microwave for easier wrapping.
  6. Spread dressing on each tortilla and layer with lettuce, cheese, and buffalo chicken strips.
  7. Roll tightly and serve immediately.
