  • 1 cup wild rice blend
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups kale, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce, plus more as desired
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the wild rice according to package instructions using chicken broth and water.
