  • 397 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 102 g instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 470 g whipping cream
  • 26 Biscoff cookies
  • 4 large ripe bananas

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk cold milk, sweetened condensed milk, and instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth. Refrigerate to thicken.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whip cold whipping cream using an electric mixer until firm peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the chilled pudding mixture into the whipped cream until combined.
  4. Pour half of the mixture into a 9×13 inch dish and spread evenly.
  5. Slice bananas and layer three-quarters over the pudding. Crumble half of the Biscoff cookies on top.
  6. Spread remaining pudding mixture over bananas and cookies.
  7. Top with leftover banana slices and crumbled cookies for garnish.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
