  • 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or similar)
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped white onion
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 9 slices American cheese
  • 2430 dill pickle slices
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, relish, mustard, sugar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder; set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onions until browned; drain excess fat.
  4. In the baking dish, layer bottom buns, spread sauce, add beef mixture and cheese slices followed by pickles.
  5. Bake uncovered for 8–10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve warm.
