  • 4 bone-in beef chops (at least 1-inch thick)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Place the beef chops in a zip-top bag or baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure they are fully coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F). Remove the beef chops from the marinade and discard excess marinade.
  5. Grill each chop for about 2 minutes per side before reducing heat to medium and cooking for an additional 4-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
