  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (for ramen)
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)
  • 1 pound sirloin steak (sliced into strips)
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce and cornstarch until smooth. Add beef broth, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes; mix well.
  2. Boil water in a medium pot and cook ramen for about 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water; drizzle with sesame oil.
