  • ½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Marinate chicken tenderloins in buttermilk for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with flour mixture (flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, black pepper), one with beaten egg and Sriracha, and the last with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Bread each tenderloin by dredging through the flour mixture, dipping in the egg mixture, and coating with panko.
  5. Fry the chicken in hot canola oil until golden brown (about 3 minutes per side).
  6. Serve warm drizzled with the bang bang sauce and garnish with parsley.
