Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) or the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Rinse and trim the zucchini; cut into uniform sticks about ½ inch thick.
Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with whisked eggs mixed with milk and minced garlic, and one with panko mixed with cheese and seasonings.
Dredge each zucchini stick in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat in the panko mixture.
Arrange on a lined baking sheet or air fryer basket without overcrowding.
Bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven or air fry for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
