  • 4 oz. brie cheese, cut into cubes
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce, store-bought or homemade
  • Optional: candied pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 16 equal squares. Place each square in the muffin tin.
  3. Add one cube of brie into the center of each pastry square and top with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin; garnish if desired.
