  • 1 pound thick-cut turkey bacon

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 10 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup red onion

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the bow tie pasta until al dente (about 10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook turkey bacon strips until crispy (about 4 minutes per side). Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the zesty Italian dressing and ranch dressing until combined.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, dressing mixture, cooked turkey bacon, diced tomatoes, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped romaine lettuce, and diced red onion. Toss well to combine.
